About Auto Toolbox
Auto Toolbox puts a set of free tools for farms, homes, tax and vehicles in one place. Each one opens in its own tab, so you can keep several open and switch between them without losing your place.
The tools
- Auto Field Maps: draw round your land and get every field with its size, RPA number and the SFI actions that suit it.
- Farm Funding Finder: the grants, payments and free help a farm could claim, with paperwork and dates.
- Farm tools: medicine, spray and movement records, a muck-spreading checker, bovine TB rules and inspection checklists.
- Auto Shed Plans: draw a farm building on an aerial photo and get drawings for prior approval or planning.
- Model my Property: a 3D model of your farm or property from lidar.
- Auto Property Searches: a free summary for any UK address, from sold prices to flood risk.
- Home Energy Grant Finder: grants and discounts to make a home warmer and cheaper to run.
- Auto Builder: drawings for extensions, renovations and new homes.
- Spanworks: design a steel portal frame building in 3D.
- Self Assessment Helper and Company Tax Helper: box-by-box help with personal and company tax.
- Bulkhead Workshop: Land Rover and Range Rover servicing guides.
Every tool is a separate website. Auto Toolbox only shows it inside a tab; the tool itself does the work and keeps anything you save.
Who runs it
Auto Toolbox and the tools in it are built and run by one independent developer in Devon, UK. It is not a government service and isn't linked to Defra, the RPA, HMRC or any council.

Your privacy
- Your place. If you type a postcode or press "Use my location", it's looked up with postcodes.io and saved only in this browser, so the map tools can open on it. Your location is only read when you press the button. Press "Forget it" to remove it.
- Open tabs. The list of tabs you have open is saved in this browser too. Nothing is sent to us.
- The tools. Each tool is its own website with its own privacy page. What you enter in a tool is handled by that tool, as if you'd opened it directly. On iPhones and iPads, what you save inside Auto Toolbox is kept apart from the same site opened on its own.
- Ads. The site is free because it may show Google ads. Google and its partners can use cookies to show and measure ads, and in the UK and EU you're asked first whether they can personalise them. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy link Google shows on the page, or at Google's ad settings. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps basic server logs for security.
